Assign user to board
User Assign
To assign a board to user(s), go to the Boards Explorer, click the three-dot menu in the Actions column, and select Properties.
Scroll down to the section User access. From the dropdown, select the users you want to assign the board.
Scroll back to tap to Save the changes.
