Folder system

As the folder system is fairly similar to the folder system of the Media Library, we won't cover this section in detail here. You can read this in our section Folders.

In the Guide Explorer, guide details can be exported for a specific folder or all folders. Click on the button Transfer where you can:

• export guide details from the current folder
• export guide details from all folders
• upload guide zip

Details included in the export:

• Guide title
• Guide identifier
• Folder location
• Guide status (draft, reviewed, approved, ...)
• Guide version
• Document type
• Author
• Date created
• Approve date
• Approvers
• Reviewers
• Revision date
• Valid date
