GENERAL

#1 NEW: My tasks

On the homepage screen we have added My tasks list, which will remind you to:

- review/approve guide/form
- revise guide
- resolve guide issues

#2 NEW: REWO platform in 9 languages

From now on, you can (most likely) use the REWO in your own native language. Super cool, isn't it? :)

#3 IMPROVEMENT: When duplicating a video file, it will not transcode again

Until now, the duplicated video file was transcoded again, but from now on, it will just duplicate as it was already transcoded once.

#4 NEW: Codec selection upon uploading video files

BOARDS

#1 IMPROVEMENT: Replace image or attachment

We've now added the possibility to change the already added attachment or an image. When you edit the element, click on the button Change to replace the file.

#2 IMPROVEMENT: Quick links in the board editor

When you edit a board, you can now quickly access:

- Assign to users or teams
- Translate
- Board properties

#3 IMPROVEMENT: PDF Viewer can be disabled

We have made it possible to open a PDF in the browser again if you deselect the "Open in PDF viewer" when editing the attachment. You will then see an option to open the PDF in a new tab.

#4 IMPROVEMENT: Download PDF is now optional

You can also deselect "Downloadable" if you do not want users to download the PDF.

#5 IMPROVEMENT: We've added a new subchapter level

You can now select from 3 heading sizes. The newest is H4, which will create a subchapter on the third level.

H2 - level one, H3 - level two, H4 - level three

COURSES

#1 NEW: Disable continuation

We've added a new property in the Course properties that, if enabled, will always restart the session. This property will also enable "Users can restart" property.

#2 NEW: Disable skipping

We've added a new property in the Course properties that, if enabled, will not allow users to skip through the course. Users are still able to see the list of all tasks

ANALYTICS

#1 NEW: KPI reports also for the session pages

You can now export KPI reports to XLS or CSV deeper in the session pages for Guides, Forms, and Courses. Exports are included in:

Guides:
- Assigned users
- Users viewed (assigned)
- Views (user/guest)

Forms:
- Assigned users
- Views

Courses:
- Assigned users
- Views
