Approval process

The approval process can be split into two phases - review and approve, where the review is optional and can be disabled in the Client properties section in the tab "General". While a guide is in the approval process, it cannot be edited (unless the user has permission for editing).

Approval process can be stopped by clicking on the button "Clear requests", but only admins have permission to do so. This means that the approval requests will need to be sent out again.
