What's new?

GENERAL

#1 NEW - Permission to view all files

In order to prevent other users from seeing all the files, we've added the permission to VIEW ALL files. Users who don't have this permission will only see their own files in the Media Library.

Still, the users who have this permission will be able to filter the files in the Media Library to see only their own media files by selecting the filter.

#2 NEW - Permissions to edit the folders

We've also added the permissions to create/update/delete folders in the Media Library, Guides and Boards section. Users who have those permissions will be able to manipulate folders.

GUIDES

#1 NEW: Guide identifier

We've developed an identifier that you can use to attach unique IDs to your guides.

To create an identifier, go to the Project template - General tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Create your identifier with a prefix and hashtags, then click APPLY TO ALL GUIDES.

This will be applied only to the guides that don't have a document type selected.

To add guide identifiers to the guides that also have a Document type selected, navigate to the Document types, and add a unique identifier to each Document type.

#2 IMPROVEMENT - Select the folder where the screenrecording will be uploaded

We have added a folder selection prior to uploading the screenrecording.

#3 IMPROVEMENT - Document types are visible only to the users in assigned teams

Now when guide is created or edited, users who are in specific teams will only see the document types that are available to them through teams. Users who have administrator roles will still see all of the document types in the dropdown.
