General settings

Show title - This will show a guide title on the splash screen.
Show description - This will show a guide description on the splash screen.
Show author - This will show a guide author on the splash screen.
Show creator - This will show the person who created a new version of the guide.
Show date - Display the guide creation date on the splash screen. If the guide is approved, it shows the approval date.
Show version - This will show the guide version on the splash screen.
Show version changes - This will display the information about changes in the new version of the guide.
Show step list - Displays the step list on the splash screen in a drop-down.
Show document status - Displays the current status of the guide (Unreviewed, Approved, In review, In approval, Needs revision)
Show tags - Display the guide tags
Allow users to zoom in player - Only for mobile devices.
Content needs revisioning after ____ months - Set the number in months for the revision period.
- Revision notice will be sent ___ days before end - Set the number of days before receiving the notification about revision.
Document type is mandatory - Sets the Document type as mandatory.
Hide guide needs revision from splash screen - When the guide needs revision, you will see a red banner throughout the guide. You can disable this notification.

You can add a disclaimer text to every guide (such as Legal Notice etc).
