Splash screen

The splash screen is an image with selected information before the guide can be viewed.

Show splash screen - show or not the splash screen.
Show title - show guide title.
Show description - show guide description.
Show author (alternate author) - show author. You can also write any other name.
Show creator - show the name of a person who created a new version of the guide.
Show date - show the date of the last created version of the guide.
Show version - show the guide version.
Show version changes - show the description of changes in a guide with the new version.
Show approved by - show the name of the person who approved the guide.
Show Tags - show all tags.
Show step list - show step list for selection to jump to that step immediately.
Custom splash image - show custom image for your guide.
