#1 NEW - AI Translation Refinement
This release introduces AI-powered translation verification for REWO editors.
Editors can now use “Verify with AI” to refine automatically translated content and ensure higher semantic accuracy—especially for technical or ambiguous text.
Key points:
- Default translations still run via Azure Machine Translation.
- Editors can trigger AI refinement for unlocked fields using the
Verify with AIbutton. - The system compares: original text, Azure translation, and verified reference translations (if available).
- The AI suggests improvements or confirms that the translation is already accurate.
- Editors can accept or reject the AI suggestion.
- Once an AI suggestion is accepted, the translation is automatically locked to prevent reprocessing.
NOTE - The feature must be enabled in Client Settings → Verify with AI (disabled by default).

#2 NEW - Translation of Metafield Labels
This update introduces manual translation for metafield labels directly within the Project template — giving editors full control over how custom fields appear in different languages.
- Editors can now add or edit metafield label translations for each added language in the Project template.
- If a translation is missing, the label will automatically fall back to the default language.
- Translated labels appear on the splash screen per language, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- This approach avoids auto-translation errors and keeps label management logical and centralized.
#3 NEW - Instant Overview of Sign-Offs
Supervisors, planners, and shift leaders who oversee production on the shop floor can now instantly see who has signed the most recent work instructions for every machine, workstation, or procedure. This new feature makes it simple to quickly determine who has received full training and who still has to review or sign, which is ideal for satisfying requirements like IATF. If someone is out of date, you can easily explain the changes to them and get their signature right away.
Everything will be automatically documented for compliance and audit readiness. Open a board with guides to see a button to group signing.
