Create a folder
To create a folder, users must have permission to manage folders. Ready about user roles HERE.
To create a folder click on the link “Add”.
If you are located in the Uncategorized folder, you will create a level 1 folder. If you are located in any other folder, you will create a subfolder.
You can also create a folder by right-clicking on any folder.
A popup will appear where you can enter or select:
- Parent folder - if creating a subfolder, select the parent folder here (not required).
- A folder name - name the folder (required).
- Password - to password-protect the folder, enter the password (not required).
- Folder teams - you can assign a folder to a team, so only users who are within a team will see the folder and its content
